Futhermore, AccuList does NOT compile, possess, sell, package, broker, or license any of the following sensitive personal information: Driver’s License Information, Passport/Visa Numbers, State ID Information, Student Information, Social Security Numbers, Sexual Orientation Preferences, Credit/Debit Card Numbers, Private Medical/Health Records, Bank Account Numbers, Union Affiliation, Salary/Payroll/Benefit Data, PIN Numbers, Frequent Flyer Numbers, Exact FICO Scores/Credit Rating, Medical Insurance Information, Personal Account Numbers, Logon ID’s and Passwords, Biometric Data (Fingerprints, Facial Recognition, DNA, Retina Patterns, Blood Types or Signatures).
AccuList Is A Service Provider and Not A Data Broker
As a service provider, AccuList serves as a non-exclusive sales agent representing individual list owners and their agents, along with data brokers and cooperative membership databases. AccuList facilitates list rentals and exchanges of 2nd and 3rd party “publicly available” data with the above referenced entities, and others, on behalf of designated and pre-approved mailers, whom we refer to as “Clients.” Unlike AccuList, Data brokers and others collect information about consumers from many sources including websites, other businesses, and public records. Data brokers analyze and package data for sale to other businesses.

Notice At Collection

If you provide us with your email address, or other business information through this Site, or if we obtain such information about you from one of our marketing partners or a third party, we will retain and use that information for any business purpose. When necessary, we may also use your business information to ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable law.

In the event you do not complete a contact form, send postal or email, a text message, call, or provide us with business information, we retain the right to collect aggregated web site information, as a by-product of your website visit. AGGREGATED SITE INFORMATION
From time to time, we may collect general, non-personal, statistical information about the use of the Site and the Service, such as how many visitors visit a specific page on the Site, how long they stay on that page, and which hyperlinks, if any, they “click” on. The Company also collects and reports aggregate statistical information on the open rates and response rates generated by the email campaigns we send. IP ADDRESSES
An IP address is a number that’s automatically assigned to your computer whenever you’re surfing the web. Web servers, the computers that “serve” web pages, automatically identify your computer by its IP address. AccuList may collect IP addresses for purposes of system administration, to report aggregate information to third parties and to track the use of the Site. When visitors request pages from the Site or click on a link in a mailing sent through the Service or through our servers log the visitors’ IP addresses. We reserve the right to use IP addresses to identify a visitor or Client when it will enhance the users experience or if we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with the Site’s policies or to protect AccuList, the Site, its visitors, the Service, list members, or others.
